Returns & Exchanges
At Emerald Stride Equestrian, we take pride in creating premium riding wear designed for performance and elegance. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with EU consumer regulations. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from marks, odours, or damage
- Returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Exchanges
We understand how important the perfect fit is. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@emeraldstrideequestrian.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
